This
book is about His Guru Amara and about the Rishis.
Rishis
(Light Being), Pralaya (Transition) and Satya Yuga (Light Age).
GURUJI
KRISHNANANDA - (1939-2012)
Conversant
with Puranas from childhood, he grew up with literature, painting and music. He
met his Guru, Maharshi Amara, in 1977 and joined his work in 1981. He
systematized the knowledge received from his Guru and developed it into Sapta
Rishis Path. He channelled new Knowledge and enriched the Path.
He
established Manasa Foundation (R) in 1988. He established the central
Meditation Centre in Manasa in 1993 and a Study Centre in Antar-Manasa in 2006.
He taught Meditation as taught by the Sapta Rishis to thousands of aspirants.
Manasa
continues to disseminate the knowledge brought down by him and guide meditators
based on his teachings.
This book is written by him and where the word I is there it refers to him.
PART ONE
ONE
"Meditation
is silencing. We silence the entire system body, mind and intellect -
gradually, in silence, many processes begin. First, the system gets cleansed.
When it is prepared to go through higher experiences which eventually transform
us into higher Beings. We will be gradually linked to our Source and receive
all knowledge about ourselves, this creation, birth, death etc., directly
It
is beyond concentration. It is a journey to Consciousness as we advance.
Viswamitra
Maharshi and Sapta Rishis - Bhrigu, Atri, Angirasa, Vasishta, Pulastya, Pulaha and Katru Maharshis
Amara
was Ambarisha Varma Desai of the Kauj royal family. He was born in Bangalore in
1919 in the house where Sir C. V. Raman lived, later on. He lived in Bangalore
and then in Madras for a degree. He did not work for his living at any time. He
is rich. When the land reforms were introduced, they lost their lands and
property.
Kalki
(from Sambala, astral body born 1924 always at the age of 24) will physically born and will marry
Padmavathi.
TWO
Amara
was a Spiritual Scientist.
He had the developed special faculties like the Third eye, Astral travel, entry
into other dimensions, communicating with the Light Beings in any corner of the
Cosmos from here and several other faculties. He had also reached the
highest Spirituality. He had also
realised God. He was a Manus God. He was not a mere psychic or a man yet, he
lived like a normal human being in the sea of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Ramana
or Aurobindo - laughed, joked, enjoyed cricket, drove a car, appear human, then
Divine - he would always insist. He loved good literature, good films and
classical music sensible and lead mature life. He was undoubtedly Being; a
great Master.
This
is the land of Rishis and Yoga. Many enlightened Masters have walked on this
land of Aryabhatta and Patanjali. Vivekananda, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa
Aurobindo, Ramana Maharshi and many other Master lived and taught here. And
yet, we who live in this land temples and Ashramas, would not have accepted
Edga Cayce if he had taken birth here. If Pranic healing and Reik had not come
from outside, we would have derided them but they are raging fashions now!
Imagine
two pyramids, one standing on the other base of the inverted pyramid. The space
in between the two pyramids is called the Material Cosmos, Brahmanda, it
contains millions and millions of galax Brahma, this egg-shaped space is very
huge, having a diameter eighteen billion light years.
Rishi
is a person with enormous capacities to gather and hold Knowledge and Powers in
the form of Light. A Rishi is a person who can also radiate the Light of
Knowledge and Power. He is a Radiant being. The 1,44,000 channels are not
ordinary people. They are also Rishis. They always live like ordinary people
and do not attract publicity because their work gets disturbed. The work has
grown from merely channelling information to very complex processes of guiding
and helping humanity in their own administration, scientific and technological
progress, Spiritual evolution etc. Many times, they have to go to other earths
in other galaxies to learn new things, bring new knowledge and gather new
energies. They will have more work in the Astral plane. All this is monitored
and supervised by a special Rishi whose capacities are beyond our imagination.
All the 1,44,000 channels will report to this Rishi in the Himalayas at
midnight, going there astrally. They take instructions from him, attend to the
work, again report back to him around sunrise and then return back to their
bodies.
THREE
Do
not come for solutions of problems. Come for Spiritual awakening. The
meditation takes you to higher planes so that your problems seem to be irrelevant.
Mantras
can make you to travel from physical body to Astral and can put back. If not
properly learnt from Guru – Mantras may choke you permanently in the Astral
body and may not return back to physical body.
"It
is difficult to imagine the state of the mind immediately after death. I have
seen this in many people that I have met like this. First, it takes time to
realise the irreversibility of death. Then, it takes time to accept with death,
all the relations with people, properties and place are severed. Then, they
move away from the place, though reluctantly. In cases of natural death, a
guide from the higher planes comes along with the death rays. He will stay with
the dead person for some days after the death, to educate him. Then, he will
take him to a particular Loka where the dead person rests sufficiently. After
the rest, the dead person will undergo a check-up where his Karmas are
measured. Then, people in charge of these operations will decide about his next
birth. The earth, not necessarily this, where he will take birth, the place,
the family, the life-time etc., will also be decided there. Again, a guide
escorts the person to the place of his next birth, right up to the womb.”
Those
committed suicide or dead due to accidents will not realize their death and they
still roam in this Loka and they are the
ghosts.
The
earth has gone through 28 cycles of these 4 yugas till now. The Satya Yuga
started from 14th March 1974. It takes 432 years for transition from
Kali yuga to Satya Yuga since 14th March 1974. The increased
awareness of Yoga and Meditation is a symptom of it.
It
is not materialisation. It is transportation. Rishi will gather the objects
first and store them at his place. He has an Astral being, a spirit perhaps, to
help. Whenever he wants to demonstrate the materialisation, he mentally closed
Astral hand cannot be seen. Then the swami catches bring it within seconds from
any distance. The object in the requests the Astral entity to fetch the object.
The entity can create it and produces it, as if from nowhere!
Nirantari
Chakra is the chakra between Agna and Sahasraaram. It will and can sustain age
at single point.
"Duryodhana
was born. Rishis, with their special faculties they could foresee the
Mahabharata war. The Sapta Rishte instructed them to stop the experiments and
prepare students for the war. Then, you were taught warfare, you fought in the
war and died. Then, you were entitled to rest in a special earth for 5000
years. Vishwamitra Maharashi called for volunteers to work during the
Transitory period from Kali Yuga to Satya Yuga. You volunteered. He took you to
a special earth and trained you for 5000 years. That why all these practices
are bringing very fast results in you This is only like a revision."
Amara
met Kripacharya who is aged 1000s of years.
FOUR
Do
not worry for the experiences in Meditation. Attaining silence is more
important than the experiences. Meditation by individuals is for self-goals,
benefits and Tapas by Rishis is for
everyone’s benefit.
Once
during a gathering in the evening, Amara spoke
"The
four Yuga cycle, which is roughly 51,000 years, called a Mahayuga. Seventy-one
Mahayugas make Manvantara. At the end of
every Manvantara, there will be a total Pralaya. All life on earth will be
destroyed. After millions of years, life again evolves from Amoeba. This
happening from nearly two billion years, since the formation of this earth. So
far, six Manvantaras have passed by. That means, six times life here got
totally extinguished and began again."
"At
the end of the last Manvantara, the whole earth was covered with water and only
one person survived the Pralaya! It was Markandeya Maharshi, blessed with eternal
life by a boon from Lord Shiva. He stayed on the top of mountain, in a cave and
sat in Tapas. For more than the Thousand years, he did Tapas and then woke up
to see. Then, he had a vision of a blue baby floating wombed, it was Mahavishnu
and prayed. When the island came one called it Shyama-Bala, meaning blue baby. This
island is a sacred place. Then life Seam rolled on, continents rose and
civilisations The Risihis gathered only the pure and the enlightened Rishis had
taken birth here. As time passed, the word became Shambala."
“We
are in the seventh Manvantara now and twenty-eight Mahayugas have passed by.
That means, Shambala is twenty-eight Mahayugas old! The Rishis have kept this place
untouched by the influence of time; untouched by the influence of Yugas of
diluted or no values like the Kali Yuga. Over this is long unbroken period of
time, a civilisation of the highest order has flourished here. Science of the
highest order has evolved. Men living here have been using spaceships from
thousands of years! Men live for eternity. They do no not age or die here. We
cannot even imagine the advancement of life here."
Shamambala
is somewhere in the Gobi Desert. Many people aware of its existence but are
unable to reach it because the Rishis have sealed this off from the outside
world. But a person in the highest Spiritual condition can reach the Shambala
with the permission of the Rishis. The Rishis
guide him to reach Shambala. It will be a one-way journey into Shambala.
Many have gone there. I know someone of the contemporary Masters. I do not
mention the names because it may create an unnecessary controversy or confusion.
"Shambala
is ruled by a king called Maitreya. This is not the Maitreya that some people
say is coming to earth as the Saviour: He is not Budha. He is a special soul
from Soorya Loka. People here are busy with different occupations chosen by
them. Further research in all branches of science, including the Spiritual
science, goes on incessantly. A huge golden lotus is mounted on a palatial
building. There is a huge ruby in it. A very great power is placed here. The
vibrations from this fill up the entire Shambala
keeping it Divine. People from outside also draw energies from this by chanting
the Mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum". This Mantra is known to many in Tibet”
"The
knowledge gathered in Shamballa is meant for all. Shambalites do not intend
keeping all the accomplishments only to themselves. But they also cannot pass
on the knowledge to the outside world because of our degenerated Spiritual
condition. We are not fit enough to receive the higher knowledge. And the people
in Shambala are waiting for us to awaken and grow."
"I
have astrally visited Shambala many times. I have met the people there. I have
more information on Shambala. But I think this is enough, for now. I have not
spoken about Shambala without any purpose. Now that we are entering into Satya
Yuga, the time for Shambala to open up for us has come. As we advance into
Satya Yuga, not only Shambala opens up but conditions outside Shambala will
also become like that of Shambala gradually. Shambala spreads out and, maybe,
after four hundred years, the whole earth will be like Shambala. We being under
the Sapta Rishis, have to work for it. First, we have to spiritually grow
enough to receive Shambala individually and then spread it."
Amara
was Eknath in previous births and was a disciple of Sant Gnaneshwar.
Rishis
go into Tapas for 1000s of years by telling the Himalayan Rishis – how long
they do Tapas. These Himalayan Rishis protect them and also wake them up after
that period like an Alarm. Amara once did the awakening job of a Rishi in North
Karnataka at a small hill-top temple, where a Rishi was doing Tapas for 5000
years. After he woke up from Tapas, the 7 Feet high Rishi wanted to walk to
Kasi and it was a surprise for him that the Kings gone and some new terminology
(Democracy) came for ruling.
"That
is why we do so much of work in the Astral plane so that the welfare work
brings results in the physical plane. No one knows how much our Rishis
struggled to help us to get freedom from the British! It is a very long story.
After we got the Independence, Vishwamitra Maharshi wanted to give this country
a gift. He went to the highest plane and brought a great power. He wanted to
give this to a strong person. A leader, whose only job was to just accept it on
behalf of the country and preserve it. He met many leaders of that time
astrally. But no one was ready to accept it. It was very strange. Each one had
his own preoccupation! He sent word through me to the heroes of Mahabharata,
who were in a special earth which was like heaven, to come down and accept the
power on behalf of this country. Sadly, they also were reluctant to come
immediately. The Rishi was disappointed. Then he hurled the power into the sky
which exploded like a million bombs. I was near the explosion and my Astral
body was affected by it. After I came back to the physical body, I felt a
burning sensation all over. The doctors could not help. Then Vishwamitra
Maharshi came and healed me. After that, he went away from this galaxy,
Perhaps, to perform Tapas in a faraway galaxy. It was 1948. And now, he has
returned!"
FIVE
Guruji
along with few others started handling Satsanghs as Amara suffered with heart
attack while trying to move gadget from Himalaya. As he moved from meditating
on chakras to Samadhi attainment – he started facing many problems losing
friends, relations, financial problems etc.
Manovati
is a place 25 KM north east direction from Bengaluru. It took 25 years for
Amara to buy this land and another 25 years to develop. He did Tapas in this
place for 24 days in this hill-lock area.
16th
Feb 1980 – A solar eclipse day. Some 700 meditators joined and did a 4-hour
long meditation which was conducted by Viswamitra and his chosen rishi
Viswadeva. This is a special day happening after 51,000 years and all the
attendees will get relieved and blessings from Pitru Gods. No need of offering
Tarpanas specially. During Poornaahuti – a big fire ball erupted and controlled
by Rishis. White circles in the sky were visible in many places of India. While
someone took photos of that day – Amara was appeared as blank after the reel
was developed.
Pralayam
- We lose all in Time. But greater things will come again There will be new
Vedas. There will be new continents, new mountains and rivers. Man will climb
new heights in glory. There will be no wars, no diseases. There will be no
violence. There will be great civilisations. Greater arts and greater
literature. We cannot have any idea of the New Age now. It will be entirely
different. It will truly be the Kingdom of God where each man shines in his
innate Divine glory."
I
wanted to meditate more. And grow. Like Amara
Amara
was a modern Rishi in modern dress (trouser and shirt) and capable of giving
answers for any question as he connects with Rishis all the time.
A
rishi doing meditation in a cave since Mahabharata times near Nandi Hills
Amara
once went to another earth by travelling across Galaxies and accompanied a
Rishi (Dhanvantari) to Himalayas – Markandeya Maharshi. On his instruction both
went to Italy to retrieve a lost gadget. He is none other Escalapeus – God of
Medicine in Greece.
Each
Rishi and persons like Amara are Light and Doorway
Kalki
will come one day and punish Adharma people. He will address and advise through
Radio and TV – if need He will plunge himself into action.
SIX
This
is the beginning off Samadhi: the Savika Samadhi. Here, the awareness of two
separate identities exists-that is, of yourself and of the surrounding world.
you advance; the awareness transcends. You will become aware of your Divine
essence and the Divinity surrounding you. Then, from mere awareness to actually
experiencing and becoming the Divinity in you and also relating to the Divinity
surrounding you at deeper levels, the Consciousness in us expands. This stage
of Samadhi can be described as Dwaita. Dwaita means two. Adwaita means not-two;
but one. Adwaita is the next stage. Here, the awareness of yourself and God
vanishes and the awareness of the entire existence as one, remains. This is the
state of Aham Brahmasmi, You are God. This is the state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi,
where real Yonga occurs."
Rishis
can bring the past memories and can view the future happenings.
The
Future also has already happened.
18th
May 1981: Amara opened formally Manovati Ashram in the presence of Sagarika
Maharshi and handed over the responsibilities to Guruji.
Guruji
did meditation in a circle at 6 PM for 7 minutes and took the blessings of
Sapta Rishis.
Next
Day morning Amara drew a Swastik over Om and drew 7 stars below – indicating
that as the emblem of the institution.
Krishnanda
started doing agriculture also on the advice of Amara
Learn
to co-exist with animals, poisonous reptiles while living in the Jungles,
bushes , remote areas.
Are
we animals/ birds in previous birth?
No.
We are from Parabrahma Laiks. We are always born as humans. The souls in the bodies
of plants, trees, birds and animals are all created at a flower Divine plane.
After death, they go back to their plane and that is their Mukti. They are not
bound by Spiritual laws like the laws of Karma, as we are bound. They are bound
by a different set of laws. In fifty-one
thousand years, they are allowed to take birth, once, as human beings and
experience life. These people live amongst us. If you carefully observe,
perhaps, you can make out. If you meet them astrally, you can easily make
out."
If
we seek and pray God - He will surely
help us.
Ego
should not dominate.
Everything
expanded – My Life, My Goal, My Dreams, My Visions, My Horizons, My Skies
SEVEN
Dream
in day light and bathe in moon light.
Mahavatara
is another incarnation who along with Kalki will restore the spiritual balance.
Amara
is Ramakrishna Paramahamsa in previous birth.
Amara
was in 18 bodies and helped the Redcross during the 2nd world war.
Amara
expects 144 meditators as there are 144000 channels. At least 7 and if not at
least one.
Amara
says he will born in 2042 again
There
was a nuclear war supposed to happen on 10th June 1982 – but averted
by Rishis. They did Yagnas and could only postpone, but they are still working
to cancel the war itself – but for that the humane also have to awaken up with
the spiritual values.
Amara
has experienced God – who is with multiple galaxies. But did not go to the core
of God – as that means while he returns from the core – it will be millions of
years lapse by that time.
Amara’s
health detreated. Lord Krisna came and removed his painful Karmas. Thus, he was
healthy and said he will live for another 17 years.
But he passed away on 25th August 1982
PART TWO
ONE
Amara
continues to live in Guruji’s life
TWO
1982-85
Guruji
took the position of Amara and managing Manovati.
One
day Amara’s astral body appeared and removed the tiredness of Guruji while he
was lying on the bed.
On
Sunday’s meditation sessions started and 100s used to attend. The Food
arrangements were done by Guruji and it is hurting his purse. But still
managing.
Even
the nearby villagers used to come for some medical aid and he used to cure
through Amara’s blessings

In
1984 August after Janmashtmi – Sri Krishna took Guruji to an unknown place and
showed Arjuna who was doing Tapas and also to a palace where Lord lives.
Some
rumours about him spread and carried to Mrs Amara. Many sadhakas complained and
Guruji room’s door was locked and was not allowed to enter into Manovati
THREE
1985-1987
While
Guruji was reconciling – Amara came and boosted his confidence. Within 2 weeks
a villager provided a land within 1 km of Maovati.
He
suffered with sever financial crunch, not able to buy a bus ticket from
Bengaluru to Manovati.
He
was literally lost the confidence of the family and he moved out of it
For
a year he lived in the Siva temple in the village and fed by villagers for his breakfast,
lunch and dinner. He also did not object to them.
He
lived in a hut, then moved into a mud house, far away in the outskirts of the
village in between Cobra and ghosts.
These
were the years of the testing ones for him of his entire life. Rishis were
subjecting him to such tests. He made plans for the Meditation center. Finally,
he decided to take Meditation classes.
FOUR
1988-1993
Taking
up Meditation classes will sound as a separate group from Amara’s Manovati and
may anger Mrs Amara. But he waited for permission from Rishis and Amara, Started
Meditation classes in May 1988 at Bengaluru.
Prior
to this on 1st February (birthday of Amara) 1988 – he started
Manasa Spiritual foundation and started publishing “Manasa Patra”.
The
meditation classes he took spanned over a decade. He has developed new
techniques with the help of the Rishis and Amara. Even the students noticed
that there was light coming from the charts he was displaying. Many of the
Sadhakas got samadhi stage very quickly and few not and left the group also.
But by answering to the Sadakas Guruji learned more than the students
themselves.
There
were many incidents of proofs that Rishis exist. Guruji has demonstrated these.
Few examples – removing stomach pain of a patient, sending away spirit from a
house, bringing heavy downpour only in that village area, riding a scooter for
10 Kms without petrol, seeing astral snakes etc.
Since
he felt to return the land to the villager – he has purchased a small land near
Chikka Gubbi and wanted to start living there. Till that time, he was living in
Bengaluru. One day with permission of Amara he started wearing Saffron robes
which was his dream. But that created lot of inconvenience to him as people
started staring at him, he could not live like a common man eating in the streets, people started keeping
distance. Then again with permission from Amara he reverted back to normal
cloths. Amara taught him that safforonism should be inside the body and not for
exhibition.
The
Chikkagubbi which is within 1 km radius of Manovati – named as Taponagara.
Guruji in between slipped out of his meditation and then reconciled with the
help of Amara and finally he moved to Taponagara in 1993.
FIVE
1993-1995
Taponagara
is a small village near by Bengaluru. Amara says that this was the place where
Rishis did meditation in previous yugas. In the coming centuries Earth will
tilt 2 degrees, ice melts, Himalayas will be submerged under the sea melted and
North India becomes a sea. The rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati shift to
south India and this Tapo Nagara becomes Triveni Sangama.
University
of Spiritual sciences would come up in The Rishis would take birth and gather
here. Kripacharya would shift his Gurukula to this place in the part of the
twenty-first century. Lord Kalki would visit Taponagara physically, after
completing His work, before settling down in the Himalayas, in a place already
chosen and prepared by the Rishis.
Amara
had revealed much more about Taponagara which is not just the place that we are
living in now or only the small township that is coming up here, but an area of
about one and a half kilometres' radius encircling our place, which includes
Manovati and three villages.
We
have built up a very strong Spiritual field here now, working from 1993, which
is like a huge globe. The Rishis have named this as the Manasi field. They
have brought a deity to preside over this field and have named her, Manasi
Devi. Energies from different planes have been gathered here by our Rishis
and the special Rishis who periodically come from other Lokas. And the energies
from Shambala have been brought here to build up conditions for establishing
another Shambala.
Taponagara
will be the land of Tapas and a guiding Light for the new Yuga.
One
day in meditation class Tara Devi from Shambala appeared.
Started
meditation classes from Taponagara from January 1994. It became as a main
meditation center after Himalayan center. Many astral Rishis used to visit to
here first before moving to Himalayas.
On
24th November 1993 – Viswamitra Maharshi assured Guruji that he will
visit Taponagara on Christmas Day. Amara received him on that day and Vishwamitra
assured that he will bring 18 rishis for conducting Yagna and homa, enabled the
same and said that he will take care of Taponagara.
Ganga
a lady teacher has amazing psychic capabilities. She could see many astral
bodies and could relate that Guruji is in astral form is a rishi by name Alok.
One
miracle of the so many - Guruji once made a contact of a soul of a dead mother
with her son.
On
16th January 1994 Mahavatara entered to meditation room and blessed
each one with light.
In
1993 Christmas day Christ descended to Tapo Nagara, took human form and
preached the meditators.
Manovati
devi (astral form) started guiding and helping Guruji – even Mrs Amara invited
him to associate again with Manovati. But he declined as Amara suggested.
On
1st Feb 1994 (Amara’s birthday) Kalki visited as a guest and Rishis
provided him with special energies and offered special gadgets. Guruji was
fixed with some gadget in his Causal body (not astral one as it may get
damaged), which can be touched only by Rishis. He was asked to report daily to
Kalki. Whatever work he does in the astral form – gets erased once he returns
back to physical form. If any residual memories are there he is not supposed to
recollect or record.
March
1994 Rishis conducted experiments on Ganga with Kundalini. It led to her bliss
along with pain and inability to withstand the expansion. So, they stopped the
experiments and they put the Kundalini power under the ground.
9th
September 1994 – Sapta Rishis along with other rishis attended function. At the
end of it – they bestowed upon Guruji powers to help for the welfare of others.
He is supposed to not use these powers for personal gains.
30th
November 1994 – Lord Krishna appeared and told him that he has only 3 more
years to survive.
SIX
1995-1997
Egos
started piling up in the students and the advancement of Taponagara slowed
down. On 18th December 1997 – Ganga walked out of Taponagara. Her
gadgets were removed and contact has been disabled with Rishis.
A
student who was unable to attain levels in Meditation – was found to be
suffering from the displeasure of a Guru in previous life. Rishis helped her to
get relieve from that by contacting the astral form of Guru.
A
small girl was allowed to die by the Rishis by contacting the authorities of
birth and death, as she was suffering with a disease and pain.
A
young man was suffering with severe headache as he killed a snake with pain.
The Rishis spoke to astral snake and granted it Mukti so that it will relieve
the man of the headache.
A
person had a premature death and he became ghost and killing the members of the
family. As Rishis persuaded, he reluctantly agreed to move away and join Sapta
Rishis.
A
group by name Light Channels formed and drew energy from Cosmos and transferred
to Taponagara. Soulantra carried energy from Kashmir in to a Golden disk under
the ground.
On
25th August 1997 – ashes were brought and kept in the Samadhi,
Tapongara from Manovati where Amara was
cremated. People got answers and solutions from the samadhi.
27th
August 1997 – Bhishma visited Taponagara and blessed.
An
astral snake used to protect many including Guruji from the dark people.
In
early 1997 he had chest pain. In August 1997 Rishis told him that he will live up
to 12th November of that year. But later they said that his life was
extended.
On
24th December he had lot of heart pain and had to go to Hospital. On
27th December the doctor
noticed no block and declared him healthy.
24th
December had worshipped Christ in the meditation and on 25th
December – Viswamitra visited.
SEVEN
Most
of us remain content with the Spiritual knowledge that we inherit from the
elders. Only a few venture into the unknown to find answers for several
questions about life and the truths behind it. If we do not try to find the
answers, we die without knowing the basic realities.
More
knowledge brings more sense. We will be able to deal with life in a sensible
way; in the proper way. We live peace and happiness. All knowledge helps this
life; the present life: the immediate life that we are facing now. Without
peace now, there will be no Moksha in the life after.
We

was a life before this. There will be a life after this. We do not die with the
physical body. We survive in our Astral bodies.

are other planes; other dimensions. There are people living there like us; not

Rishis are not just the characters in Puranas. They do exist. Some are here on

of Light Beings who work under the Cosmic Intelligence. They can be contacted
by anyone astrally and receive guidance and help.
Meditation
is the first basic step in expanding our awareness. All other ways prepare us
to take up Meditation which is the highest way. All Meditations lead to the
experience of Samadhi. From this stage, all meditational ways merge into one
way - the way of Samadhi. In Samadhi we expand our awareness to its cosmic
limits. We experience God. This experience brings us the supreme knowledge. It
brings us Peace of the highest order. It brings us wisdom and enormous strength
to live in the light of the Truth. All negativities in us give way to positivises.
Life becomes a very beautiful experience.

Manasa and Manovati
While Manovati and Manasa

express permission from the "Rishis" (spiritual masters) and
focuses on maintaining a silent, high-vibrational environment for
meditation.
